Make sure the key is located where it is supposed to be located instead of being hidden in some random spot on the truck. The online app said the key would be in the left corner of mom's attic, and after an exhaustive 20 minute search, the key was found hidden behind a rail as far away from miles attic as it could be.

I have used U-Haul and the U-Haul service at this location numerous times over many years. The truck I was rented yesterday was the worst ride I've ever experienced. That truck needs to be either “put out to pasture†or put out of its misery.
