Your website needs to give better information on true costs. In my case, the only information provided was the rental cost of$19.95 per day and a $1.99 per mile charge. I was relieved and pleasantly surprised when I picked up the cargo van and learned that it would be significantly less expensive for the miles driven. Also, provide full tanks of gas to make refueling easier. It is too hard to gauge how much gas to add to the tank the way you currently handle things.
