You could: Clean the truck & fix the truck. Badly shaking steering wheel, no blower for heat, and the antiquated plugs for phone charging didn't work.

This location had its U Haul system down for 3 days and was unable to process my rental when I arrived. The person Jessie was helpful and provided me with a U Haul customer service number and the person on the phone was extremely effective and efficient. She checked me in by walking me through all the necessary steps on the phone and I was able to take the truck. I would recommend this location only if they got their system back up and running; and in the future people are alerted of expected issues and alternative arrangements and processes they should expect in order to rent a truck from here.
