We were able to figure out how to hook up the trailer and load the car on our own, but when we first asked for help they told us we could figure it out on our own.

Decided to check in early at the location instead of online because they were closed when I was going to pick up. Somehow you charged me an extra day, my pickup time was 8-16 at 8am and when I dropped it off at 11:20 am on 8-16 I am told I'm late and owe an extra day, bad business! Wow!
GUY WTrailer was a bit muddy and not swept out on the inside.
