They didn't know how to check in the one way rental, called District manager for help but got no answer, said it was OK, didn't provide a returned receipt resulting in the problems stated earlier.

Closed when I needed a replacement on a Sunday so u-haul needed to get service providers to help me with moving, changing out the vehicle, and getting gas. The truck that I was given was empty of all gas. Come to find out it's because someone drilled a hole into the gas tank at this location. People sleeping in an RV in front of the location, walking around and using the water hose, etc. Overall, not surprised with finding out someone siphoned the truck. Did not find the hole until I was miles away and attempting to completely fill the tank which obviously overflowed at the gas station pump. Had to only fill the truck half way the rest of the drive to get to where I needed so it didn't slosh or overflow with gas.

Lee WFilled up the tank all the way instead of just half. Got charged for more mileage. Would’ve been nice if they would have given me a discount for the extra gas.
MARTINA THave a person at a counter and make it obvious where the counter is. There was a literal shack where the trucks were. I didn’t know the office was behind me and across the street.
