Windshield cracked all over, vehicles parked so close together that the doors were hard to get into and mirrors had to be folded in. Inside of the box hadn't been swept out. Charged a cleaning fee anyway. Rental people wouldn't inspect vehicle before rental just handed keys and told to go get it out back. Thankfully I can back up a truck of this size to get it back into the stall when I was done without hitting the vehicles with 6 inches of spare room.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe lady at the front was very friendly and spoke very politely and helped me get through the procedures quite smoothly
Mahesh RSuper friendly
Michelle OThe owner Phil and his Wife were extremely rude while we were returning our equipment. Swearing, yelling and degrading as we were turning around to park the trailer, saying their tired of customers with "no common sense". Really unfortunate as the first guy to help us get the trailer picked up and hooked to the vehicle was extremely helpful, polite and quick to help. He was the reason we wanted to come back but, after the altercation with the owner and his wife, no one should ever return to this location if they respect themselves. We will not be returning ourselves.
