Everything was ready and the staff even had the truck started and warming up (as it was very cold out on the morning of the rental). Very knowledgeable, helpful and professional - great overall experience and would highly recommend.

Calvin PThis location provided excellent service and the staff member was outstanding. 5/5. However, I originally booked with west Edmonton. Once I arrived the only trailer they had had no electronics. The cable was ripped off. They said they rented my working trailer 15 minutes prior, despite the reservation. This added 2 hours to my moving day of driving to Leduc and back. I’d like to submit a 1 star review for UHaul Winterburn for not respecting my reservation.
