Truck cab had some food on dash and ketchup stain on passenger door, unpleasant to clean. Otherwise no issues.

April KSomeone needs to address truck concerns not just write them down. This truck had barely any gas that's was a first time I experienced that with uhaul rental. Normally the trucks are given with full tank and returned with full tank. Gear shifter was loose and practically falling off and I was alone traveling from. Florida to nj. If I had issues I would have been in a serious pickle. Where is the concern for the customer? Where is that good customer service I usually recieve from uhaul depots? I use uhaul alot and was very very disappointed to see the service degrade like this.
