Do not rent your uhaul from here!! My reservation was at 9 am and the line was long (only one guy working the rental station and grabbing the rentals and hooking them up etc.) At first I felt bad but it took an entire hour for me to get a rental and when it was my turn he ended up skipping over me to help the guy behind me who waited significantly a shorter time than me. He did not have the dolly or blankets I requested. I wrote on the receipt that I did not want to be charged for them and he said I would not be, but if he did it before the rental he would have to cancel the reservation and I may not get rental so I was forced to leave the charges on there. I was still charged for three dolly’s and the blankets even though I only was given one appliance dolly and nothing else and now I have to call uhaul to fix the over charge issue. In assition he gave the guy behind me that he skipped over me for the uhaul that was reserved on the lot for me and we had to drive over to another lot in the wet muddy dirt. The whole experience was terrible. I don’t leave reviews often but when a place has this bad of customer service I believe it is very important to let others know and the company. Please avoid this place as he should not be allowed to rent to people with this kind of customer service.

James CThe Gentleman who rented the truck was having a hard time navigating the computer system had to call U-Haul representatives several times trying to figure the U-Haul system out. It was almost as if this was the first time using the computer system. As he was trying to find the type of car I was towing, I had to stand next to him and point out the year make and model of the vehicle so he could complete the category. He couldn't understand why the system wasn't allowing him to proceed and called U-Haul for assistance. Then he started telling me the dolly wasn't compatible with a front drive only vehicle, and wanted me to rent a toy hauler. I finally got on the phone with the U-Haul rep he had called for assistance and found he was putting in my kia Sorento was an all wheel drive and that's why your system was saying it wasn't compatible. The representative he called for assistance made the corrections so the transaction could be completed It took 45 minutes to complete the process for a truck and a tow dolly.
