Uhaul was notified that the vehicle that I reserved wasn't available at that location the day I reserved. Instead of notifying me quickly, it took 2 hours to receive a text to go to a different location 15 miles farther away. I shoud have received a call with options.

The pickup site was moved but no agent was available at the new pickup site for 2 hours after the scheduled time this delaying me by two hours.

Agent appeared to be untrained on use of the rental check out software. She had to call 2 different persons to help complete the rental. Agent was untrained on how to hook up the trailer.

The location of pick up was amazing. The reps were helpful and friendly. The problem was with the U-Haul company. The paperwork makes it appear easy to drop off after a U-Haul rental place is closed. Although the receipt gave the phone number for calling in DC area to drop off, when I try this number I got a representative in Pittsburgh. I tried Googling Uhaul locations in the Alexandria Virginia and DC area, but could not find a place to drop off the truck. I then tried the Waldorf area, but although I found a place there was no place to park the truck and trailer except on the street. Therefore I drove all the way back to the pickup place. Really I feel I deserve a refund for $50 that I drove unnecessarily. At $0.40 a mile that should be $20 back.

Your online data was incorrect. Said the only available car dolly was in Lexington Park. So I reserved it there. To my dismay, no dolly. Was then sent to Buddy Creek location which online said they didn't have one. Someone needs to update your vehicle location system.

When I booked the truck online and received a confirmation email, it was for another location almost 30 mins away. I never received a call or email to let me know that I had to go to another location.

Answer the corporate phone when called and stop transferring to different departments with no answer. The Leonardtown store is nice, Corporate contacting is awful.

We.drove less then 20 miles trailer came off hitch and broke windows in our van dented 1/4 panel and bumper. Sale person didn't double check the hook up. Lucky no one was hurt and van can be repaired her excuse was I just started working here and have yet.to be contacted by uhaul

The agent at the UHAUL location was wonderful but the customer service rep via telephone was piss poor. Will NOT be recommending UHAUL for anything; not even to purchase a card board box

My vehicle sustained damage due to the negligence of Southern Maryland Towing. The dispatcher had no training or knowledge how to properly connect a trailer to a trailer hitch, how to secure it properly or the importance of checking the trailer's lights. My insurance company has been notified and will be in touch soon.

The hours on the weekend need to be changed to earlier hours. People need to start moving early in the morning. Starting at 12:00pm is for people with a hangover and not for people about taking care of business. Please review your hours on Saturdays. Thank you, Michele Brooks

I had quite a bit of difficulty securing the appropriate size truck for the time that I needed, even after making reservations 2 weeks in advance. Amanda at Southern Maryland Towing helped everything work out well but the challenges associated with Uhaul were significant.

Only problem was we received vehicle with 13,900 miles and when we returned it the next day realized they incorrectly put 13000 miles, adding nearly 1000 extra miles to invoice. They are working to resolve the issue and are supposed to call me on Monday. Other wise, great experience as far as moving goes !!

Ensure customers have proper harness connections prior to them departing pick up point. Thus ensuring all lights are working. And treat customers as though they are Very important. And not just a side note.
