No fault of anyone, but maybe more selection of vehicles

Jeffrey MThere were ants inside the cabin. I was unable to fill the gas tank, wasted 3 1/2 hrs waiting for UHAUL’s for customer svc and roadside assistance to fill up the truck. No other trucks were available near me. When I initially called the office to complain it was noted that the previous renter had trouble gassing up the truck. Makes sense why i was given the truck with half of a 1/4 tank.
MICHELLE MThe lady on shift was extremely polite and helpful. Returning the truck to her at this location was the best part of the whole experience. If I had known I would have started my trip from this location.
