Equipment was clean. However, when braking on a downhill, the engine RPM would sharply increase to 4 or 5 RPM. This consistently happened throughout the duration of the trip. Additionally, the truck was very loud, sounding like an exhaust issue - this also was constant throughout the duration of the trip.
