The App and the Driver Sign In process needs a complete revamp. It does not record the additional driver information given at reservation. It does not hold previous Driver info. The Check In via App for the additional driver is non-existent.
VARUN PThe truck cab was filthy! Full of mud on the dashboard, the controls, the floor, seats and running board. Windshield was dirty and we had to wash it to see out. I had reserved 4 dozen blankets. I arrived at 7am and was told they did not have any., it was first come, first served. As a result I had to drive 20 minutes further to get to another UHaul place that did have blankets. There was only a 1/2 tank of gas on pick-up.
JEANA KOnly issue is the cab of the truck had an over whelming smell to it.
