How U-Haul Reviews WorkI had a very good experience. Cost was reasonable.
Steve MExtremely helpful service! Seriously, super great and I'd be very happy to rent a U-Haul from here again.
Lawrence MHad to wait to return. Had to move several times to get the trailer where the person wanted it.
jinny wI will never rent from here again. I will also tell everyone I know not to rent from here, or from Uhaul. Gas tank was not full when I picked truck. I drove 100 miles, then put $25.00 worth of gas back in. The attendant argued with me that it was full, when it wasn't. He asked me why I didn't take a picture of the gas gauge. I didn't know that was a requirement when renting a truck. Then told me everything was fine, but still charged me for $24.00 of gas. Unbelievable.
