Samuel is on top of it. It rare these days you get customer service like what Samuel provided. If you need to rent a car hauler I know your options are very limited. This place maintains their equipment so it trouble free for your trip. Tires where good and aired up properly, all chains in tack, plunge brake system worked, and all lights worked without blowing any fuses. Thanks again
Eldon OThe customer service at this location wasn't the friendliest, but it didn't ruin my day or anything. I reserved a dolly when I reserved my trailer online, but when I arrived to pick it up, they didn't have one. So, I just moved my stuff without one and now my back is strained. If I had known ahead of time, then I could have reserved one at another location. That's the only annoyance I have.
Kristy CI was able to drop off a 20 ft truck after hours. It was so easy! I took pictures of the truck and completed a survey. The app was glitching so when I called the next morning, they had already checked in the truck. It was a stress free process.
NORA LStaff was good but uhaul process was frustrating. First the pickup location was changed on me and then the equipment requested (appliance dolly) was not available at pickup time and there was no way provided for me to get it.
