The time window are stupid. Traffic conditions can affect a person's arrival time. When the truck is returned its inspection must happen with the customer not afterwards.

Nobody showed me where the dropbox was located. When I returned the truck it had just gotten dark. I walked around trying to find the box and couldn't. I called my Dad and he told me to lock the keys in the car, that they will have another key to open the truck. That's what I did. I called and left a message saying that's what I did. Next morning the location calls me and asks where the keys are. They claimed they didn't have another key, so they charged me $90. I drove by to see where the box was & it is hidden by a hedge facing the street corner. If someone didn't tell you where that was, there's no way to find it in the dark. I thought they could have been nicer about the situation.
