Can and had trash in it. Check engine light on, staff not friendly
MIA BWhile the equipment was clean and well maintained. The truck was dated and used an overuse of gas. Upon receipt of the truck it was basically empty, could barely get to a gas station before running out, yet I was still charged for gas. Upon booking it showed $1.10 per mile, but Upon checkout it was $1.19. Per mile.

jorge gHorrible customer service. The representative was more interested in his personal phone call than in assisting. After waiting for him to engage me he didn’t ask how he could help he just said “yes”. I told him I was returning the trailer and he said “go unhook it and roll it with to the back”. Not helpful. When I mentioned I was told since I was returning the unit early he would be offering a credit on the rental all he said was “no credit “, . $145 for a 5 hour rental. I’ve utilized U-Haul several times this year and this was by far the worse experience.
