The truck not maintained engine light on running roughly smell exhaust fumes bed of cargo box panel popped up rivet missing, scratched the peel of my items trying to get them in the truck terrible customer service as well. Only one person working trying to help everyone and not the best English had hard time understanding what he was saying on pick up. Return was better but still only one person working he was trying to fix coffee machine. Will not go back to that location and top that off fuel price was 33 cents higher.

John AReserved a dolly wasmt put in truck. Wasnt informed about not having utility dolly until a day later. And told me they couldmt do anything about it. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. THEY MAKE THE UHAUL BRAND LOOK HOTRIBLE WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
