David BNo dolly. Was sent alll around looking for a dolly and nobody had one. Cabin was dirty as well as the back. Found broken glass in the back. Terrible experience from start to finish.
SETH MI was charged nearly $230 with a 10 ft Uhaul for driving 31 miles in 24 hrs. Was not informed that I needed to fuel it to a certain amount, and the person at this location checked it in without giving me the option to fuel it. Charged a $30 fee and claimed that it used 8 gallons of fuel in that 31 miles.
Steven BDid not ask for save move coverage!!!! You guys added it without me asking !! Refund
