The experience was easy and access to the uhaul was easy. The only issue that I have is that the store opened at 7:30am. when we had reserved the uhaul at 7am. If the store opens later the hours need to be updated through uhaul and through Google.

The truck cab was very dirty inside. I had to clean some of it just to feel comfortable to be in the truck. U-Haul communication could be better. I had to go to a several locations to find a truck.
