difficult to close driver door. Had to slam it hard to get it to fully seal. Wipers seemed old, not the best in the heavy rain storm I was driving in. Rental Rep in Ashland was amazing polite and very helpful.

We arrived to drop off the truck shortly after Ashland Mini Storage closed for the day, and we were unsure how to properly return the truck. A few minutes later, the owner/manager drove up to us and asked if we needed help. He took care of everything - made the process easy! Great customer service.
