Took over an hour to receive keys and dolly was not in the truck as I requested in the reservation. Something on the Uhaul side must have had an error. Store staff was friendly and helped solve the problem.

It was easy to pick up, use and drop off. The inside of the vehicle could be cleaned a bit, I didn't realize until later it looked like soda had been poured in the passenger side. The AC worked great which was very needed this time of year.
