Panther Storage was quite helpful. I was scheduled to drop at an equipment rental place in Leander TX which I was unable to locate and they didn't answer the phones because they were closed. I went to Panther in Liberty Hill and the staff was able to call the Uhaul headquarters and get my drop off location changed so I could drop there with no extra charge. We had hauled disaster relief supplies to Leander from Oklahoma and were wiped out. I am grateful for the help I received from Panther Storage!!!!!!

We were not notified in advance that the furniture dolly and furniture blankets we had reserved on our order were not available at this location. This meant that we had to scramble at the last minute in order for our move to happen.
