I just simply dropped off the rental after hours. I did communicate with personnel at the time of drop off as well as the next day and they were courteous and helpful. I just did not have a great deal of involvement at this location.

Difficult to identify location because of typography. A Uhaul sign would be a plus.

Randy B.The only issue I have is the check in process through the app. My phone died while checking in after hours and I had to reach out to U-Haul customer services to finalize my check in once back home. I wasn't able to finish my check in after I left the location. The location was very helpful while renting my trailer though.
