I had issue with online order because it changed my requested location and confirmed 10' truck for me in my order confirmation via email. When I arrived at this location, Mr. George had no knowledge of the order and be able to help me get the 15' truck instead. He helped me and others (saw it while waiting) with great service and friendly manner. This location should have more trucks to rent out.

Be honest with customers. I was charged for fuel in the amount of $68.06 when I replaced the fuel that I used. I tried to talk to the owner of this location and he was very rude and hung up the phone on me stating that he had to put fuel in the truck. I am not very happy about this fruad.
