All in all our U-Haul trailer leaked a lot of water and some of our boxes were saturated with water. This has nothing to do with the locations, but the U-Haul never should have leaked that much! We will be doing a inspection on our belongings to see what has been ruined

The actual in the truck did not work good, so I had to drive the whole way with the windows open, so I did not have a very good experience. I have rented many trucks with U haul, and by far this is the worst experience I've ever had, not counting the fact that the place I set for pick up did not have my truck ready, and I had to drive around to find a place, and waisted half of my day looking for a truck.

I would not recommend this location. The owner was not available and had his brother working the register. He did not know how to complete the transaction. Charged me for insurance which I declined online as well as telling him that I did not need insurance as my auto insurance would cover the rental. He kept my rental contract so had I been stopped, I would have had no way to show I had legally rented the truck.

This was the second location I had to drive to, several miles out of my way, and when I arrived I was informed that the truck I had reserved was already reserved for another customer and there were no others available. The lady in the store was kind and went above and beyond to help me find another location.

Uhaul needs to conduct an investigation of the procedures used and the unprofessional conduct of the staff working at this Lincoln Citgo. The man who waited on me is an "Ass Wipe". I had called the Uhaul 1-800 number and talked to a customer service agent. I explained to the customer service agent that I did not want the "SafeMove" damage insurance and I wanted to pay for my entire Uhaul truck rental. When I arrived at the Lincoln Citgo the Ass Wipe asked for my credit card. I told Ass Wipe that I already paid the Uhaul truck rental bill and that I was just picking up the truck. Ass Wipe told me that he just needed my credit card to confirm my identification. However, later that night when I checked my email receipt Ass Wipe had charged me for the SafeMove damage insurance. I am very upset. Please remove the SafeMove damage insurance charge from my credit card charges.

I reserved a 15 foot truck and 2 dozen blankets online the day before. When we got there to pick up the truck they said we don't have one. We just have a 10 and a 20 footer. I am perplexed how i could reserve a truck they dont even have. She tells me that they count on returns being ontime and if its not it screws the next person. This is on moving day so we are instantly behind schedule. After being there for over thirty minutes and me calling customer service with ZERO help they pull around what they thought was the 10 footer and tell me it's mine. So they didnt even know what sizes the truck were. So we are ready to go and we look inside and our blankets weren't in the back. I asked where the 24 blankets I paid for were and she said we don't have ANY. Once again how can u reserve blankets through your store online and you don't have any????? So we then had to drive out of our way to another uhaul store sign a different contract because the first place had to take it off our order so the second uhaul store got the revenue from the 20$ blanket deal. Apparently they get 10% so putting the customer out of their way isn't an issue for their 2$. Overall terrible experience. When I asked her why this was so sloppy and unorganized she told me it's because uhaul comes and does a short teaching and leaves them high and dry untrained to figure it out on their own.
