The online process and pick up of the truck took entirely too long. I needed the vehicle early Saturday morning to get an early start because of the heat. Early pick up time was not available on Saturday so I changed the time to Friday at 5:00 pm. Once we arrived it took forever. Take pictures of everything, upload drivers licenses, but the biggest problem was providing information of a third party who could verify my identity by phone. My daughter and son-in-law were out of the country on vacation, my grandson was with me as an additional driver, his girlfriend didn’t answer the phone, etc. Then an agent called me to let me know they couldn’t reach the contact person and I had to provide someone else. I’m 75 years old, hearing impaired, and all this was taking place in 100 degree weather. Give me a human being in an air conditioned office please. And, to top it off I was charged an additional day because the truck had to be returned by 5:00 am Saturday morning. We hadn’t even started by that time.

Very smooth pickup of trailer. The rep was very nice and accommodating. He answered all of my questions and walked around the trailer with me. Tested all operations and off I went. Great experiance.
