JOHN AI returned blankets/pads separately from the truck. The employee assured me that he would process the refund for the blankets. I asked him for a receipt showing that I actually returned the blankets in case there was a problem processing the refund. He refused and said that a receipt wasn't necessary. I asked again and he said he was too busy to give me a receipt or write something up showing that I returned the blankets. I again asked for a receipt and he again said that he was too busy to give me a receipt and that the system would send me an email when the refund went through in an hour. I'm still waiting on that email, nine hours later.
