When i made the reservation online it gave me the option of checking out with the app online or with a representative, I clicked with a person but once I got to the location there at no employee there to help me. I called the number but was just waiting, they was a number to text at the window for the location manager so I texted ang he never wrote back within the hour it took me to get my van. I then download the app and tried to check it the van on my own but thy app didn't work. I then used the chat feature and finally reached someone but they said since I made the reservation online to check out with a person, they could not change my reservation to be an online pick up. They then wanted me to go to another location to start a new reservation in order to get a van. By this time it had been an hour of trying to figure it out. The garage employee was starting to feel bad for me so he stared to see if he could help me. I then opened up the app to continue my conversation with the representative on the chat and the chat was deleted and was starting over. So at this point the garage employee opened his laptop and took care of me. I was very grateful for his help. I was confused on why they gave me an option when I made the reservation to have a human help me when in reality that wasn't a real choice. In the end I still got my van but it took over an hour to do so.

Sharwanathan SHorrible service. On rental, the staff was rude and watching a movie on the phone. On return, another staff took 20 min having me installing the app and go through 66 steps instead of checking me out. No respect for my time and stress. Unfortunately, you are a monopoly
