Your app is terrible. Your communications are terrible. When I ordered the van on the app, there was never a communication with me either on the app or on an email after the initial order that instructed me to continue to upload my drivers license and my credit card and all the other things that have required to drive away with the Van once I got to the garage. Of course, once I got to the garage the poor guy who works there. It’s not an employee of all so he doesn’t know anything about the fact that I’m unable to pick up the van just by showing him my reservation number. So then I had to spend close to half an hour wrestling with the app when I wanted to be driving away. Furthermore, once I was in the app, it was very difficult to satisfy its requirement even though I had everything that is necessary I ended up having to call the one 800 number twice and thank God the person on the line was incredibly helpful and stuck with me the whole way while I continue to fill out those necessary things . By the way, I was also instructed that if I waited on hold, it would take 18 to 20 minutes. She picked up in like four minutes, but most people would be strongly just waiting from waiting.

Vipan SThis rental was booked thru the app. When I arrived the employee told me I needed to sign in thru the app but that was not possible. I had to call the U-Haul number to have them change the reservation to a type that can be picked up using the app. This wasted about 30 minutes and was completely unnecessary. Also the odometer reading on the truck was incorrect on the contract but the font is so small that it’s impossible to read and on the app you can’t magnify the type. I could barely read the fuel gauge reading on the contract or the supposed mileage. Check the mileage and fuel gauge carefully when you check out the van to make sure they are correct!!!
