We were told that the contract had to be written a certain way because of their computer system, and that it would be corrected when the vehicle was returned. That never happened. We were also told one price, but the actual charges did not match what we were led to believe. They do not simply charge $25.99 per day—the mileage charges and additional fees can add up quickly and were far more than we expected. Our experience was extremely disappointing. We feel we were overcharged and that the pricing and contract terms were not explained honestly or clearly. Be very careful, read every detail of the contract before signing, and make sure you understand all mileage, deposit, and additional charges. Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend getting the full cost in writing before renting. 5 day rental. 551$ 99 dollars a day, mileage, 75 insurance, 5 dollars here and there for misc. things. I guess my recommendation would be to pay cash and they will expect a deposit and do not expect a return on the deposit.

Geoffrey DThe check engine light was on and the vehicle was dirty. Was unable to leave at my scheduled pickup time and received the truck an hour late. Paid 600 for moving help and they were standing around over an hour. Then the truck kicked and bucked and ran really horrible. I’m not happy and it used way more fuel to go 37 miles than it should have. Not happy at all
