The back of the truck was dirty. The store was empty, with no personnel available, and they arrived 20 minutes late. I was not refunded $25 for returning it clean. Did I mention I had to clean from the previous renters? The odometer reader in the truck showed an error, so I could not track what I did. Pretty sure I was under, but was charged an additional $20!

Maria HIt is the only show in town, so yes i will use them again. I prebooked a trailer when I got there i had to shovel it out. There is a store that one uhaul employee had to tend too. The door was frozen took minutes to even get it open. Thought it was closed but (open while on route). Explained this when I returned and the attendant was unsure what to say.
