The staff at Curts 24 Hoiur Towing Co. were excellent and helpful. However the information on the U-Haul web site did not have the correct phone number for the location. I was told by U-Haul to call before dropping off the trailer. I don't know who I was calling. I decided to go to the drop off location and take my chances that I couild drop off the trailer. The staff at Curts said, "no problem".
Jerry SAdding the code for the lock box to the app so that you can return the keys and get on the way. Maybe adding a camera to the front and rear for added safety.
JESSICA GApp was difficult to use and took an hour to retrieve the truck because the app was so slow and non responsive. I was so stressed ou. Ntever again!!
Daniel MI guess the only thing would be to have the truck pre-loaded with the blamkets so check out would be a little quicker. Everything went very well. Thanks
