The tongue was buried in snow and the license plate as well... the tongue was lying in the ground buried.... and we had to pick it up by hand to put it on the ball of the truck... it was sitting on the ground I couldn't reach this establishment both days that I tried and I left 7 messages to return my call in these 2 days and they never called me back!

Very friendly
Michelle CWe had to hunt for the office. It was inside a motel. Fortunately we found a very nice man Tony. He took the key. It was so cold, we were using a hammer to get the lock unlocked and the ramp loose of ice. The app was frustrating as it was -30 and I had to take pictures...very trying experience.
