When using online to make reservations state that you must pay at the time of pickup. I was confused and used a cc to hold my reservation and had to pay with another to get the trailer, as I was confused about when to pay.

I rent a truck did the walk around - Took a picture of 1 spot that wasn't identified as a problem area on the app. I was never prompted to check inside the moving area (where you put the items you are moving) .I did a move of a refrig, washer and dryer, a piano, a couch and a chair a chair. When I returned the truck they said that the fuel panel access in the floor was pushed down. The rivet on one side were gone. On the other side that wasn't pushed down there were 3 rivets missing. The dealer said I put excess weight on that area during the move. The access door in in line with the ramp and I did notice that the one side was down but I do not know when it occurred or if it was like that when I picked it up. There was never any excess weight on the truck. The max load for this truck is 5700 pounds and the load we put on was at most 3000. I am disputing this with my credit card and contacting the BBB along with the attorney general of NYS. Very unhappy with this.

The girls in office were wonderful in helping me. I had a very frustrating time getting my rental through the website and had to wait 40 min befire going into the store to get assistance because my rental time was before the store opened. If I have to rent again, I will not use the website. I'll go directly into the store.

Not impressed with your automated pickup. My Son tried about six months had issues and I had the same this time. Not allowing logins and then not recognized Thank goodness you have such an excellent staff working there the ladies were friendly courteous patient and knowledgeable.

I rented a motorcycle trailer and had to go over some rough roads. The trailer suspension was so stiff, I worried about the vibration transferring to my bike. Your motorcycle trailers truly should have shocks.

The customer service rep Jessica was competent, prompt, engaging and nice. Although two groups was ahead of us we were served in 2-4 minutes of arriving. Everyone stood 6' apart and wore mask. Once at the service desk Jessica found our reservation and informed us how to check in via our smart phone and how to return the truck after hours using our smart phone if necessary. One opportunity to improve is to allow for total "self-check in" and pick up of trucks using a smart phone for the process. Perhaps once you complete all online check in U haul could provide keys through a vending machine? Otherwise your service was excellent! Thank you.
