My overall experience could have been a lot better. I rented a truck and rented a storage unit never got a discount for that . A free month storage unit . I was a onetime paying customer. But I was called out of town for a family emergency for extended period of time, yes I did get behind last 2 months but when I tried to pay the 2 months in full before the next month they wouldn't remove all add on fees . Only way for me to not pay extra fees was for me to vacate my storage unit . Uhaul got paid for the time I had unit so they didn't lose any money, although they did lose a customer. I was told by one employee that U haul doesn't care about 1 customer which I find truly insulting. The storage fees I feel are on the high side and add ins like 10 dollars extra for 24 hour access. and you must buy a lock and buy insurance. I canvassed other storage facilities that give you a lock and dont charge extra for 24 hour access or make you buy insurance. Ben was very helpful and Mark was accommodating for us to get our stuff out of unit. Thank for this opportunity to Express my experience.

Their facility was the perfect environment to store my car for the winter. Affordable, secure, climate controlled. Will definitely go back next year.

I cannot think of a better place to have stored my Jeep over the winter. The staff is great as are the facilities which are clean, well lit, warm and secure. I have already put in a request for next winter.

I used the storage facility to store a 15 feet UHaul truck. Customer service was excellent, especially Jessica, she is the best employee they have, very humble, friendly, helpful and active.
