I did not receive the dolley or blankets the whole experience was awful driving from Seguin to New Braunfels no fault on my side to get the U-Haul paying my movers more $ as we were behind on the part of U-Haul poor in every aspect no fault on the facility where I picked up at as this was a last minute change on U-Haul trying to make things right failed as we had no blankets several pieces of my furniture that was in perfect condition was badly scratched due to no blankets to protect the furniture. I have used U-Haul in the past and this was pathetic customer service reps were nice and did their best to accommodate no fault on them I don’t know where the ball was dropped but worst experience ever!
