It took 45 minutes to get my truck when I showed. Everything should have been printed and ready when I arrived since I did everything online. Then they switched the drop off site on me. I had several calls from the wrong drop off site confirming I was bringing back the truck and and would be only driving 30 miles. 4 people were waiting on trucks at 9 am plus people in line to get their personal vehicles fixed. One guy at the counter for the first half hour. Then my credit card was processed 2 times!!!! This was not a good experience.

I was unable to complete the mobile check in upon arrival. I was assisted by the staff at this location I really wish that I could remember the gentleman's name.He was on it!!!! On the day prior to my rental, I confirmed picking up the rental before the place opened the next morning and was told everything was in order. When I arrived the next morning, the after-hours procedure was not working. I called the 24 hr support number listed numerous times without a pickup or a call back. And we were not the only party that day that had the same exact issue. The gentleman at the store was not apologetic and actually proceeded to insult me based upon the town I live in. And I was in that situation in the first place because of the uhaul business model - I rented from a location closer to me but was transferred to that one after the reservation was placed and confirmed. Not how i want to be treated - never again for me.

Reserved vehicle for 8:00 am pickup. When I arrived at 8:00 am, the UHaul app informed me that a vehicle had not been reserved and instructed me to call a 24 hour helpline. I called the number twice and left a message both times. No one ever returned my call. I had to wait until 9:00 am until the location opened for business to be helped. I was on a tight time schedule and the 1 hour delay was not appreciated.

I booked at different location. I haul changed it. You need better system. I use the same location all the time and should be able to use them without you changing it without my approval!!

I was told to bring the vehicle back with a little over a quarter tank of gas, which I did, but I was charged an extremely high price for gas and once I called the representative he told me that it was over a half of tank when I got it. so therefore i was charged almost $6.00 a gallon of gas. That's ridiculous. No, i will not refer anyone to a place that states one thing but does another
