Benjamin S.I had a billing problem that I brought to their attention, I was incorrectly billed for something. When I showed them this they immediately corrected the problem. Very good customer service. I would highly recommend them. Great people to work with.
Arne A.I had a drop off location selected, but he thought he gave me more flexibility by saying that I could drop off anywhere. Then when I got to my preferred location, the app told me that I had to go somewhere else. That didn't work for me because the rental car was across the street from my preference location. Apparently "drop off anywhere" doesn't work the way he thought.
