We ordered a dolly and paid for it, but we had no way to get a dolly. It was not in our truck. This caused our move job to be more difficult. The truck mats were also very dirty. The building and parking lot appeared to be clean, and the after hour pick up process was fairly easy. Accessible location.

Beth DLocation was closed so I didn’t have any interaction with the personnel at this location. Key drop off box was a little sketchy and probably needs replacing. Dropped in the keys and hoped for the best.
