My reservation was 10am on the 27th of December, i didn't get to take the track until almoste11:30am. Whole truck around was solid frozen, I couldn't open the doors, the bach, and the mirrors we're told the frozen with at least an inch of ice. When I finally left the location at 11:30, the truck has stopped halfway to my house, i had to wait about 10 minutes to start the truck back on. If that's not enough I had to take something about 50 km away from my location and a truck stolled on me again. The only reason I didn't go back to that shop.Because I came all the way down from Calgary to help my son move stuff from his condominium to my home And at the same time, spend Christmas with my family. I don't want to waste already.my voluble time. I've been renting youhall for a long time and quite often, this was by far the worst experience.I've ever had. Thank you

Elaine RThe equipment was not clean and gas level initially indicated was wrong. I addressed the concerns with the store yet I was not offered a clean vehicle or any solutions. Since I did not have enough time, I had to use the vehicle in that condition and I had to clean up someone else's dirt. It is the first time I had this experience from U haul.
