the truck was at an esso and should have been filled up prior to me renting and this would save me estimating how much to put in at the end of my rental as i would be expected to return it full of fuel

Phil DThe whole experience was a nightmare. Right from the booking to the pick up to the drop off. The ignorant employees who are rude and unwilling to help. Being told different things by numerous people. Having to wait to pick up the truck because the manager wasn’t in and wouldn’t be there for an hour or two and not knowing anything about the process of picking up rentals. I will never use U-Haul for anything ever again
