Very hard to find parking space after hours. Was told by U-Haul Chicago and U-Haul online support that I would report the missing furniture dolly’s during the return process, yet at no point in the app was this kind of feedback asked for.

The cabin of the vehicle was filthy. Old trash and evidence of spills that were never cleaned was apparent. I didn't want to sent l set anything down in the cupholder.
