Worst experience ever. I couldn’t get the lock to work and had to spend 45 minutes calling U-Haul 3-4 time. A local employee said the lock “always stick” but refused to help us.
Shannon EThe truck should have been full of fuel . It looked like I was charged an extra $20 when I turned it in. I turned it in with the same amount of gas that it had when I picked it up. I was told that’s how I should return it.
SHARON BThe service at the facility was great. The vehicle was low on air in one tire. I received a call 2 days later asking why I had not returned the vehicle even though I returned it the same day, 2 hours after picking it up.
DENNIS CLocation had no information about the services that were billed, somehow I was overcharged but as they had no information about it they couldn't help. Suggested it was a "deposit" that would be returned at truck return, then almost didn't give me the equipment that was rented with the truck, then almost gave me the wrong equipment
