How U-Haul Reviews WorkAwesome service, great customer service. Vehicles are very well maintained. Those who have given 2 stars or 3 stars for the reviews are basically the free loaders who wanted free stuff. Darlene the lady with 2 stars I was behind you when you was trying to give them hard time because you are not smart enough to understand technology. Yes it’s a busy gas station but they do take care of each customers with care.
VISHAL SDuring the time we had it it rained. There was a leak in the roof of the truck. I was paying friends to help me move and it took over 15 minutes to get the rental completed-even though i had reserved it that morning. Moments after reserving the truck online I was sent a "U-Haul Account Verification Code: 270126" also a text that reads, in part: "Thank you for your reservation..." When i got to pick up location they told me I needed a different code and technically the vehicle was not reserved. What? So I had to stand there with the person who would be driving the truck dealing with all this. In a busy gas station with no where to stand really out of the way. I knew the driver would have to show his license when we got there, but it took 15 min and I was paying these people $60 per hour to help me. So in addition to the rental fee, the insurance and the gas I paid another $15 for this odd rental experience. In a busy gas stat
