I put the exact amount of gas that the truck had into the form when I picked up the truck, it said it had 1/8th of a tank, however, it really had 1/16th of a tank. so I entered it in, and made sure to put it EXACTLY where it was before returning it; and was still charged a fuel fee when I returned it. Definitely will not be using this location again. On top of that, the interior of the truck was not clean, and the guy who I rented it from told me he would refund the fuel charge, and never contacted me again.

Shemika BThe uhaul was disgustingly dirty, the location was gross, felt unsafe and the employee was unprofessional. He did not have any way to accept payment other than taking my credit card information in his phone which felt weird, there was no office, he was standing outside and was rude, the lot was dirty, the employee quoted me a price then i was charged a different price, equipment/dollys i rented was unavailable and i was not made aware until i arrived, and the uhaul did not come with a lock
Matthew FUhaul truck was dirty and had water stains on the windshield and windows I had to rinse the windows to get a clearer and safer view. I was also not provided with the utility dolly and was still charged for it.
Stephanie MLocation was clean. I would t say inviting as it is in an industrial area - which is fine. Check in process was quick and seamless and the employee loved the truck closer to trash for clearing.
