Meredith B.I was charged $14 insurance even though I opted out of that while making a reservation online. My email to customer service requesting a reimbursement was not answered.
Wojciech K.I had a horrible experience. It took 1.5 hours to pick up the truck which was dealt from a gas station. I was told I could return it in San Diego, the place I moved to, bit found out later I had to return it to LA. The charge was 300$ from Uhaul which was significantly more than I feel comfortable with.
