Heat did not work at all in the U-Haul only blowing out cold air. Drove from California to Louisville Kentucky freezing. Made two different complaints still hasn’t been resolved or compensated for the inconvenience. Complaint customer representative said someone would contact me about this manner within 72 hours still haven’t hear from anyone.
