My truck I had reserved was not available when wen went to pick it up. We had people waiting to help us load. We had to drive to Whidby Island (including a ferry boat) to get an available truck. It set us back 4 hours. To improve you should have the truck available when and where you say it is going to be. However when we got to Freeland location, Jackie was an angel and helped us get back on the road.
