Hire better help or train your representatives in customer service! The man who handed me the keys didn't bother to tell me where the vehicle was located at or walk me to it, so I had to walk up and down the street to find the vehicle and could find no match (checked about 10 vehicles). When I went back in to say the vehicle wasn't there I received a one word response, "10th". Not knowing what that meant (I've never rented a UHAUL before), I had to ask for clarification and he said the vehicle was probably on 10th street. So I had to get in my car and drive to 10th street. When you go to the trouble to make a reservation days before you need the vehicle, the vehicle should be waiting for you outside the office when you come to pick it up. Also, I wanted to know the price and he said you will be billed at the drop off point. NOT TRUE! When I dropped it off I asked what I owed and the extremely nice man at the drop off location said that I didn't owe anything cause it was already billed to the credit card I had supplied at the pick up point. The man at the pick up point said he could not supply me with any paperwork so that I could see a breakdown of the charges. All I see on my credit card is the total bill so I still don't know the breakdown of the charges. Another person was with me at the time and had the same opinion of the experience. I would recommend finding another pick up point other than OASIS to avoid the frustrations that I experienced.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location is 10 miles away from San Luis Obispo so I went over the mileage allowance and was charged. I was also charged for 2 gallons of gas even though I left it 5/8 of a tank like I received it. That's why I don't like getting a truck that is not full. The location didn't tell me about these charges at the time. I just got an email and receipt for another $16.25 charge for the mileage and gas. Next time I won't return to this location and get something closer.
