This was just a "Drop off Location" so no personnel where around. There is a well positioned sign with all the instructions and phone numbers, which when I called I was able to talk with a clerk right away.

I ordered an appliance dolly and there was not one to be found. I would have appreciated being told that before I went to pick up my truck. Because of that I had to drive an additional 44 miles to get one and I was charged for that, completely unprofessional that I had to pay for Uhauls mistake.
