You guys charged me more then what I actually used for mileage, also there was not a dolly on the truck that I needed and I got charged for that that and I still haven't got the remainder of my 100 dollar deposit that was supposed to go back on my card

I called customer service the same day about my experience. I was supposed to get a call from the area manager and have not. I ordered a dolly and did not get one. The vehicle had a number of mechanical concerns such as braking and gas acceleration.
