CHARLES BOutstanding customer service at a convenient location. The hours were convenient as well, when all the other neighborhood drop-off locations were closed.
VINCIENT MMr. Brown went above and beyond for accommodating me when a different location canceled my reservation without notice. He showed compassion in an already stressful situation and found resolution even when he was in a bind with his trucks already reserved. He is now my go to for any of my moves in the future.
KALI CI did not chose safe drive but I was still charged. I also cleaned the truck but I was charged for a cleaning fee
