Ron is amazing. He reached out ahead of time with an appointment reminder - not that I forgot but letting me know he is the point of contact. I asked him if he could help me set up the trailer hitch since I do not know how too. He was very kind and wanted to make sure I was safe for my trip. Ron was very genuine and authentic and helped put my insecurity of not knowing how to hook up the trailer to rest and made me feel safe for my trip. He's a good man and we need more men like him in this world.
